Mixing Options

Spoon Stirred: Because ON Whey is instantized, all you need to mix up a great tasting shake is a glass and spoon. Add 1 scoop to 6 to 12 fl oz of cold water or low-fat milk. Using less makes the shake thicker, so adjust to your own desired consistency.

Shaker Cup: Using a shaker cup is the quickest and easiest way to mix up an ON Whey shake. Just add 1 scoop to 6 to 12 fl of cold water or low-fat milk, close the lid and shake.

TIP: You can add unflavored Creatine, BCAA and other compatible powders to your flavored whey protein.

Think Outside the Glass: Using an electric blender greatly expands your shake making possibilities. Including ice cubes will improve the texture and you can add fresh or frozen fruit to create protein smoothies.
